I have worked with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and foundations for over 25 years. My focus is on policy analysis, system assessment, and building collaboration to implement and sustain system change at the local, state and national levels. I manage complex, multi-partner projects at the intersection of criminal justice, juvenile justice, health care, and behavioral health systems.
